Design, ship, and improve AI products that teams rely on every day to work faster and better.
What you will do
- Design and build end-to-end AI workflows (prompting, retrieval, tools, evaluation).
- Integrate AI solutions with existing customer systems and data sources.
- Implement measurable quality checks for output quality, reliability, and safety.
- Partner with product, design, and customers to define high-impact use cases.
- Continuously optimize performance, cost, and developer experience.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with Python and API-driven architecture.
- Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, and AI output evaluation.
- Strong analytical thinking and ownership from problem to solution.
- Clear communication skills in Dutch and English.
What success looks like in 90 days
- You have shipped or significantly improved at least one core workflow in production.
- You have implemented clear quality metrics for an AI flow.
- You are a trusted contributor in at least one key domain.
